The Opportunity

We are looking for a MEP BIM Specialist to join our growing Building Services Engineering team in Milan (MEP Team). This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and innovative professional to accelerate their career growth and contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge building services projects. You will support our MEP designers and BIM professionals in developing and coordinating BIM models, as well as automating design workflows for high-profile projects.

As a BIM Specialist you will:

• Work on BIM models for complex construction projects using software such as Revit.
• Model systems and elements according to the BIM execution plan (Piano di Gestione Informativa pGI).
• Transfer specialized disciplinary skills within the BIM model under the guidance of the reference Engineer.
• Self-check your work for compliance with modelling conventions, including correct use of systems, application of LODs/LOIN, and adherence to company best practices.
• Manage information and extract data from BIM models.
• Continuously update BIM models based on project progress and engineer requests.
• Resolve modelling and systems coordination issues daily.
• Address clashes following BIM coordination reports, with support from the BIM Model Coordinator or Engineer.
• Develop technical drawings for submission, analysis, and documentation from BIM models.

Does this role inspire you?

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk REVIT (MEP).
• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in MEP installation design.
• Knowledge of MEP parametric design.
• Experience creating REVIT families.
• Knowledge of BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Proficiency in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
• Knowledge of Solibri, Navisworks, and Dynamo (preferred).
• Proactive attitude, creative problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and team dedication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
