We are now seeking talented individuals with proven experience on large, international projects to join our team in Italy as a BIM Specialist.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Support BIM Manager during BIM implementation activities in our offices.
• Provide support and training to enhance staff knowledge of standardized software.
• Create and update standard libraries.
• Produce families and content in compliance with quality procedures, BEP, LOI, and LOG of 3D models.
• Organize BIM modeling tasks, define effort and time estimates.
• Develop Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive tasks under BIM Manager guidance.
• Support BIM coordination meetings (internal and external).
• Assist the Design Team with shop drawings, schedules, comments, and CAD design tasks.

This position reports directly to the Operations BIM Manager.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Architecture, or MEP.
• At least 2 years of experience in BIM and design for construction.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BIM Specialist.
• Knowledge of BIM content creation and information extraction.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Dynamo and scripting skills required.
• Asset: experience with P&ID, piping, and I&C 3D modeling tools (Autodesk Plant3D, Aveva E3D, Hexagon SmartPlant).
• Fluent in English; excellent communication skills.
• High safety awareness.
