Descrizione del lavoro

You will be involved in billing and accounting operations, reconciling accounts, and managing internal controls to support management decisions and ensure the integrity of the company’s financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Credit Control activities
• Communicate with clients regarding financial and administrative issues
• Enhance customer experience through effective service delivery
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence related to key account invoices
• Resolve customer disputes promptly and facilitate necessary resolutions
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve and document customer queries
• Update collection systems to reflect customer changes and record activities
• Provide supporting documentation to customers to expedite payments
• Assist in providing documentation for litigation on defaulted accounts
• Foster effective relationships with invoicing teams to achieve mutual goals
• Conduct regular reviews with Operations & Sales Account Management to resolve issues and record activities
• Achieve pre-determined performance targets
