Job summary

EF Language Abroad is seeking a Language Coordinator in Parma to promote our programs to prospective students. You will engage with students via email and phone, guiding them from inquiry to enrollment with support from the local Italian team.

The role is on-site and requires fluency in English and Italian, plus a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Experience abroad is a plus, and EF offers staff discounts and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Fully fluent in Italian (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of EF Language Abroad programs to prospective students.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to nurture leads.
• Represent EF at fairs and universities to engage potential students.
• Collaborate with campus staff to deliver a positive EF experience.
• Maintain relationships with students throughout their journey.
