A leading recruitment service provider is seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join a client's team. This fully remote role requires fluency in English and Spanish and offers an exciting opportunity for growth in the insurance industry. Candidates should have a degree in business or IT, strong Agile methodology knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, collaborating with tech teams, and mentoring analysts.

Competenze

• Experience in the insurance industry is required (health insurance or Insurtech preferred).
• Certification in health insurance (INS/LOMA/III) is a plus.
• Technical writing experience is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze business problems and propose solutions.
• Plan and design simple to moderately complex business processes and system modifications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create test case scenarios and support business application testing.
• Draft user stories and business requirements documentation.
• Support QA, UAT, and release phases of projects.
• Contribute to time estimations and procedural documentation.
• Aid in understanding technical aspects of mobile/web apps.
• Mentor other analysts and oversee their work as needed.
