Be responsible for ensuring the correct and timely preparation and elaboration of the Public Bids and other Marketing initiatives requesting such documentation.
- Identify and propose solutions for improving the process of documentation preparation.
- Keep Customer Service updated on bids awarded and price modifications.
- Manage all the prices from bid, tenders and private offers, check both computer data and real situation with Customer Service, Territory and Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow the company guidelines, elaborate and prepare autonomously documentation for: bids, tenders, requests, and offers (including those with rebates);
- Analyze the specifications of tenders and involve Salespeople and Sales Managers in evaluating products and prices;
- When required, involve Customers in clarifying aspects of the offers;
- Support Tender Office Manager to verify all tenders for correctness and timeliness;
- Transmit all relevant documentation to Customer Service for price changes and tender updates;
- Provide support to Salespeople regarding related queries;
- Write and send letters to customers for product substitutions related to changes in agreements, including price analysis, and send copies to relevant offices;
- Acquire sufficient knowledge of Company products to understand tenders;
- Manage archives;
- Act in compliance with policies and procedures.
Education Required
High school Diploma or University Degree
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years in similar activities;
- Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal;
- Proficient in PC use;
- Integrity, attention to detail, teamwork;
- Ability to work respecting deadlines;
- Administrative mindset.
