Our Team and Role

Our fast-growing Biddable Media team is looking for a skilled specialist to manage our top clients. The ideal candidate will focus on driving performance through key channels, acting as an expert in all aspects of biddable media activities. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns, with an emphasis on strategy development and product analysis. The specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.

Candidate Profile

We seek enthusiastic, positive, and curious individuals eager to ask insightful questions, learn continuously, and collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Amazon, TikTok, Meta, etc.
  2. Assist the client services team with daily account management for multiple international clients.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to reach target audiences and maximize conversions.
  4. Conduct product analysis to tailor strategies and bidding approaches for each campaign.
  5. Analyze outcomes to refine strategies, maximize results, and generate insights for innovation.
  6. Mentor and support junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and social activities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including performance tracking and optimization.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that increase traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Direct Response clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactivity in managing client relationships.
  • Fluent in English and native Italian speaker.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, tag managers, and optimization platforms (e.g., Search Ads 360) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media analysis tools (e.g., Semrush, FanpageKarma, Socialbakers) is a plus.
