Our fast-growing Biddable Media team is looking for a skilled specialist to manage our top clients.

The ideal candidate will have the core aim of driving performances through key channels.

The individual will act as an expert on all things regarding biddable media activities. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns, with a focus not only on execution but also on strategy development and product analysis. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance and deliver measurable results.

We are seeking enthusiastic, positive, and curious individuals who are always eager to ask insightful questions, learn continuously, and collaborate with others.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Amazon, TikTok, Meta, ...)
  2. Assist the client services team with day-to-day account management for multiple international clients.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to reach target audiences and maximize conversion rates across various platforms.
  4. Conduct thorough product analysis to ensure the right strategy and bidding approach for each campaign.
  5. Analyze outcomes to implement new approaches, maximize results, and derive insights to drive innovation.
  6. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and share knowledge across the team.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, paid search, and paid social to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search and social activities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including performance tracking and optimization.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Direct Response clients.
  • Strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English and a native Italian speaker.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Teamworking skills.
  • Organization and proactivity in managing relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge in Analytics, Tag Manager, optimization platforms (e.g., Search Ads 360) is a plus.
  • Knowledge in intelligence tools for search and social media (e.g., Semrush) is a plus.
  • Knowledge in social media analysis tools (e.g., FanpageKarma, Socialbakers) is a plus.
