dentsu, a global leader in media and performance marketing, seeks a Digital Consultant in Milano to drive planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across paid search, social, and display channels. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to meet KPIs while continuously improving campaigns.

The role is hybrid, offering collaboration with a diverse team and ongoing professional growth through dentsu University and welfare programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or similar field.
• 2+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Proficient in search and social advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Expertise with DSPs such as DV360 and Adform is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of display media vendors and technologies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of CRO techniques and analytics tools.
• Strong data interpretation skills and financial acumen.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Plan and execute paid search, paid social, and display campaigns across channels.
• Interpret data to generate actionable insights for performance reports.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign processes from brief to reporting and optimization.
• Focus on client KPIs and identify opportunities to meet targets.
