What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the full lifecycle of technical proposals for grid-connected and commercial BESS projects

Interpret RFPs and tenders, defining clear technical and compliance deliverables

Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to create tailored system solutions

Produce detailed, high-quality documentation : system overviews, concepts, specs, and compliance matrices

Represent the technical function in client clarifications and negotiation phases

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or a related discipline

5+ years of experience in BESS design, technical proposals, or solution engineering

Strong technical knowledge of BESS components : battery, PCS, EMS, HVAC, fire protection

Proven experience with European utilities or grid-scale energy projects
