This remote role focuses on developing compelling technical proposals for large-scale projects, requiring strong expertise and collaboration across engineering and commercial teams.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Fluent in English at a business level.

A leading player in the energy storage space is seeking a Bid Manager with strong technical expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to join its international team.

This is a strategic role focused on developing winning technical proposals for large-scale commercial and utility BESS projects.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or similar.
• Proven experience working with BESS – especially in system integration or technical proposal management.
• Strong understanding of battery storage components: PCS, EMS, HVAC, and renewables integration.
• Fluent in English (business level).
• Must be currently residing in Germany, France, or Italy.
