Ce rôle stratégique consiste à développer des propositions techniques gagnantes pour des projets BESS à grande échelle. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expertise technique, travaillant en collaboration avec des équipes d'ingénierie pour mener à bien le processus de soumission et se concentrer sur l'intégration des systèmes. Le poste est 100% télétravail depuis l'Italie, la France ou l'Allemagne.

• Expérience avérée dans la gestion de propositions techniques pour BESS.
• Connaissance des composants du stockage de batterie : PCS, EMS, HVAC.
• Expérience de travail avec des projets de grande envergure dans le secteur.

Bid Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Remote – Based in Germany, France, or Italy

A leading player in the energy storage space is seeking a Bid Manager with strong technical expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to join its international team. This is a strategic role focused on developing winning technical proposals for large-scale commercial and utility BESS projects.

Key Requirements : Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or similar. Proven experience working with BESS – especially in system integration or technical proposal management. Strong understanding of battery storage components : PCS, EMS, HVAC, and renewables integration. Fluent in English (business level). Must be currently residing in Germany, France, or Italy.

Role Highlights : Lead the end-to-end technical proposal process from RFP to submission. Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to shape technically sound, competitive bids. Write and refine technical documentation, designs, and compliance content. Act as a technical point of contact throughout customer evaluations.
