Competenze

Activities:

1. Tender Reviews: Review incoming tender documents to identify excessive obligations, liabilities, damages, indemnities, and termination and cost issues that are not aligned with the company's risk profile. Advise DGT accordingly. Liaise with local counsel on legal issues related to local law and risk. Draft or negotiate contract conditions. Communicate identified risks to DPO and Site Contract Managers upon contract award. Prepare management reports for tender processes and present them in tender meetings.
2. Project Contract Department Start-up Procedures: Produce a list of contractual, technical, and commercial obligations upon contract award and share with Planning, Project Management, and Area Contract Managers. Facilitate the transfer of Site Start-up procedures to Area Contract Managers, following best practices.
3. Sub-Contractor Procurement Forms: Provide standard forms of subcontract and design service agreements considering main contract conditions and local law. Liaise with local counsel on legal issues affecting subcontract forms. Create sui generis subcontract forms when standard forms are not applicable. Assist in negotiating and finalizing subcontract terms. Provide guidance to Site Contracts Department to ensure adherence to risk allocation standards.
4. Shift Reports: Prepare appropriate shift reports and production records suitable for the project type. Offer guidance and support as needed.

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Engineering or Law (preferred)
• Strong understanding of legal matters
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Deep knowledge of international contract law
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
