Un'azienda innovativa cerca un professionista esperto in Business Intelligence per gestire attività BI e supportare gli utenti aziendali. Questa posizione richiede una laurea in Informatica e almeno due anni di esperienza in un ambiente internazionale. Il candidato ideale avrà competenze in SQL, ETL e strumenti BI come MicroStrategy e Qlik. La capacità di comunicare risultati e orientarsi verso il cliente è fondamentale. Competenze

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile in aziende orientate al cliente.
• Conoscenza di architettura metadata e design front-end.

Descrizione del lavoro

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist with BI activities, design, functional analysis, upgrading and maintenance
• Ensure the effectiveness and efficacy of the Reporting Systems, translating big data in meaningful KPIs and evidence
• Data Warehouse management
• Be a partner for the Business users for every BI activity, to respond in the most effective and efficient way to the business needs of the different areas (Finance, Planning, Sales, Operation, Logistics, Merchandising, etc.)
• Support users to understand their needs, translating them into technical specifications, provide assistance and training
• Guarantee the congruence and correctness of data according to the company logic
• Draw up the documentation
• Involved with SW Architecture activities related to BI

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Computer Science or similar
• Experience (at least two years) in a similar position within international environment of customer-oriented companies – experience abroad will be considered as a plus
• Experience in metadata architecture (logic and physics) and front-end design (multidimensional modeling facts / dimensions, reports, analytical applications)
• Knowledge of Oracle Data Base and SQL PL / SqL programming languages, MS Sql Server is a plus
• Good knowledge and experience of ETL tools and leading front-end BI tools; knowledge of MicroStrategy. In addition knowledge of Qlik is a plus.
• Knowledge of the main Microsoft Office Automation tools and Operating Systems in the Microsoft environment
• Ability to communicate results/customers’ insight at business levels facilitating action plans definition

• High level of accuracy and problem-solving skills, flexibility and used to work under pressure
• Good time management skills
• Fluent in oral and written English and Italian (other languages are a plus)
