We are looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. Reporting directly to our CTO, you’ll be essential in developing dashboards, running analyses on sales, marketing, product performance, and extracting insights from our databases with a strong business approach. Your role will empower our teams by turning data into actionable insights.

Main responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards that visualize key metrics and trends
• Perform deep-dive analyses on sales performance, user behavior, and platform usage
• Manage and enhance our analytics stack (Mixpanel, SQL databases, visualization tools)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Tech) to understand and fulfill their data and analytics needs
• Identify trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements based on data-driven analyses
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout all BI reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying (Python is a plus)
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards with visualization tools
• Strong business mindset to autonomously understand improvement areas of the business and deeply understand the results and followup actions of the analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience working with analytics platforms. (eg. Mixpanel, Segment, GA4)
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively across different stakeholders
• Fluent in Italian and English

Nice to have

• Previous experience using HubSpot for dashboard creation and data extraction
• Previous experience with Mixpanel for dashboard creation
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
• Basic knowledge of AWS
