What you’ll do :

You will join the Experience Design Team, specifically within the Business / Management IxD Betting Team, reporting directly to the IxD Betting Team Manager.

Responsibilities include :

• Contributing to the design and continuous improvement of digital experiences for Betting products.
• Shaping and managing user-centered digital and cross-channel journeys (web, mobile, POS).
• Creating scalable, system-oriented design solutions that position UX as a strategic, transversal service across the company.
• Supporting the business during strategic and ideation phases using design methodologies like concept design and customer journey mapping.
• Translating business and product requirements into actionable use cases, user flows, prototypes, and UX specifications.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to align goals and methods.
• Ensuring consistency and quality throughout the design process.
• Facilitating UX activities such as customer journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and validation sessions.

Who you are :

• Over 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong digital portfolio.
• Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Proficient in Figma and able to demonstrate your skills.
• Experience with workflow management tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Obsessed with pixel perfection and quality, inspired by top-tier apps.
• Understanding of HTML frameworks and comfortable with technical language.
• Knowledge of microcopy importance; avoiding generic placeholder text.
• Ability to organize work to meet deadlines and goals.
• Strong communication skills, both in sharing and listening.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
