Our Procurement Fulfillment team is the main point of contact for suppliers for all activities related to the execution of direct materials supplies. We ensure on-time delivery of goods and related documents, and identify and implement continuous development programs to improve performance, capacity, and capability. We solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support both short-term and long-term business goals. Our focus is on fulfilling business strategies, maintaining quality, and delivering customer orders on time with the proper quality.

Partner with the best

As BVC GTE Fulfillment Execution Leader, you will collaborate with Procurement COE's, commodities, and suppliers, driving all aspects related to material and document fulfillment and execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Establishing partnerships and continuous improvement relations with suppliers, re-assessing the execution model based on supplier performance.
2. Partnering with the supplier quality team to ensure overall supplier performance aligns with expected growth.
3. Collaborating with material management and manufacturing to optimize material synchronization, availability, inventory levels, and cash flow.
4. Acting as the focal point for BVC material fulfillment, working with Sourcing COE, Supplier Quality, and Procurement teams to enhance fulfillment operations, control order execution, and implement risk mitigation plans.
5. Leading suppliers in continuous improvement initiatives, defining and executing Kaizen roadmaps using Lean & Digital methodologies to eliminate waste and improve performance.

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in Engineering, Procurement, or Manufacturing roles.
• Sound knowledge of Turbocompressor products and their production processes.
• Willingness and ability to travel to BVC countries.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• A strong orientation towards continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
• Results-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and being a team player.
