Job summary

Rossato offers a one-year internship within its Technical and Project Management team, providing hands-on experience in the development and coordination of high-end bespoke interiors and luxury furniture projects.

The intern will support the preparation of technical drawings, project documentation and production information, while working closely with designers, project managers, production teams, suppliers and installers.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early professional with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or Product/Furniture Design or a related technical discipline.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to read/prepare technical drawings.
• Interest in bespoke interiors and luxury furniture.
• Good collaboration with designers, project managers, production teams, suppliers and installers.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a technical PM role.

Responsibilities

• Support development of technical drawings, construction details and project documentation.
• Assist with CAD modelling and production-ready information.
• Support coordination of bespoke interior and furniture projects from design through production and installation.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, production teams, suppliers and installers.
• Assist with material, finish and hardware specifications.
• Support preparation and control of BOMs, technical schedules and revision documentation.
• Review dimensions, interfaces, tolerances and assembly details to help ensure buildability.
• Support mock-ups, prototypes, samples and technical testing.
• Assist with project coordination, follow-up activities and technical problem solving.
• Gain direct exposure to high-end bespoke interiors, luxury furniture, manufacturing processes and on-site installation.
