A leading company is seeking a full-time Benefits Administrator to work remotely from Italy. The role involves managing benefits for clients' employees in the EMEA region, ensuring optimal delivery through process documentation and collaboration. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrable track record in HR administration.
Work Type : Remote from Italy (Full time)
Contract : 3 months
Job Responsibilities :
Be responsible for the benefits administration for client’s employees located in EMEA region, create, define and maintain process documentation
Resolves cases and enter benefits data in the system for our client’s employees
Collaborates with the client to resolve requests they may have related to a project or an escalated employee issue
Provides input in the process design and technology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from a benefits perspective
Contributes to projects utilizing standard project management disciplines
Works daily with other colleagues, third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure seamless process delivery for our clients’ employees
Works on reports utilizing various data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and / or resolve issues.
Works with Excel Calculation sheets
Problem solves issues by analyzing system data to determine gaps in functionality as compared to client plan rules to arrive at the true root cause of an issue.
Demonstrates quality assurance fundamentals by executing test plans to ensure client plan rules meet systematic specifications
Provides creative solutions to continuously improve and optimize client delivery
Participates in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing, as required
Takes an active part in Process Transition from client to office, as required
Requirements
English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)
At least 3 year of experience in Benefits Administration / HR Administration / Payroll area
Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in implementations and process documentation creation
High level exposure in fast paced environment
Experience in MS Office is a must
Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Working experience in Benify / Benifex system or SHARP (SAP HR) would be an asset
Experience in implementing benefits for France, UK, Belgium or Romania is an asset
