The opening 5-Star Resort “L’Affetto sul Lago di Garda” belongs to the international group “Hirmer Hospitality” and is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking Lake Garda. This prestigious hotel will be open year-round and will feature 99 guest rooms and suites, 2 restaurants, 1 pizzeria, 2 bars, a meeting room, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools, and an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2,000 square meters.

The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for collaborating with other front office roles, including Guest Relations Manager, Front Office Agents, Night Auditors, Booking Supervisor, and Porters.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Welcoming guests upon arrival, checking them in, and providing information to enhance their stay.
  2. Maintaining professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
  3. Anticipating guests’ desires and needs.
  4. Handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints from guests.
  5. Responding to guest requests and emergencies.
  6. Managing check-in and check-out processes.
  7. Overseeing valet parking and luggage services.
  8. Leading shuttle services to Salò downtown.
  9. Running errands and managing porters.
  10. Monitoring the entrance area for cleanliness, security, and order.
  11. Proposing and managing bicycle rentals.
  12. Supporting the Front Office team, including answering phones.
  13. Covering vacation shifts as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar high-level hotel role.
  • Experience with cashiering and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in German and Russian is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with hotel management software such as Sihot or Protel is preferred.
  • Customer-centric attitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, teamwork, quick learning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ethical work approach and legal right to work in Italy.
