The opening of the 5-Star Resort “TRAVEL CHARME SALO SRL”, part of the international group “Hirmer Hospitality”, is located in Salò on a scenic hillside overlooking Lake Garda.

This prestigious hotel features 99 guest rooms and suites, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a meeting room, an innovative 2,000 sqm Wellness Center & SPA, an indoor pool, and two outdoor pools.

Position: Bellboys - Portieri

This role contributes to authentic luxury experiences by demonstrating customer focus, passion for service, guest satisfaction, and teamwork.

Reports directly to the Front Office Manager and collaborates with Front Office team members including Supervisors, Guest Relations, Agents, Night Auditor, Booking Supervisor, and Porters.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests, check them in, and provide information to enhance their stay;
2. Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues;
3. Anticipate guest needs and desires;
4. Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively;
5. Respond to requests and emergencies;
6. Manage check-in and check-out procedures;
7. Oversee valet parking and luggage services upon arrival and departure;
8. Lead shuttle service to Salò downtown;
9. Run errands and assist porters;
10. Monitor entrance area for cleanliness, security, and order;
11. Propose and manage bicycle rentals;
12. Support Front Office team, including answering phones;
13. Cover holiday shifts as needed.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role at a high-level hotel;
2. Cashiering experience with POS systems;
3. Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in German preferred;
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
5. Familiarity with hotel management software such as Sihot or Protel is a plus;
6. Strong customer service skills;
7. Customer-centric, detail-oriented, problem-solving, punctual, proactive, flexible, team-oriented, quick learner, and able to multitask;
8. Ethical work approach;
9. Legal right to work in Italy.
