POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing local highlights, the Guest Arrival Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

In any role, success depends on creating a safe workplace, following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, protecting assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication. Guest Arrival Experts will be on their feet, moving around, and taking a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance. Performing these duties well is critical to providing excellent service and ensuring the success of our business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: None required.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None needed.
