Position Details

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr, depending on education and experience, plus a monthly incentive for exceeding productivity expectations.

Our multidisciplinary team includes mental health counselors, social workers, nurse practitioners, case managers, and psychiatrists committed to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services in collaboration with licensed clinicians.
2. Develop service plans for supports or care coordination, including treatment plans.
3. Offer linkage, interventions, treatment options, daily life skills restoration, and crisis prevention services.
4. Serve individual or group clients.
5. Maintain positive relationships with outside contacts.

Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. High school diploma with 3+ years relevant experience or a related degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
3. Experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
4. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
5. Willingness to travel within the service area.
