Sephora Milano Centrale is seeking a Stock Assistant to support the Store Manager and specialists in daily activities and stock control. You will help achieve store targets and ensure smooth deliveries, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced, multinational retail setting.

Competenze

• Previous experience in similar roles (Stock Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) is preferred.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
• Proficiency in using computers and key software applications.
• Good knowledge of English.

• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets).
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a strong team spirit.
• Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
• Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing goods.
• Handle goods in-store and stockroom organization.
• Inventory management and stock verification.
