French Luxury Fashion house for its F&B division, is looking for Beauty Expert.

Role will be based in Rinascente Duomo, ideal candidate must have beautician diploma.

Responsibilities:

1. Embody the allure as a fragrance & beauty brand ambassador, able to communicate the House’s beauty aesthetic and share a deep knowledge of the history and codes of the brand portfolio.
2. Welcome clients and accompany them on an exceptional journey within the Boutique.
3. Offer an ultimate, warm, and customized experience to each client.
4. Nurture our clients' dreams and desires for the brand, combining storytelling with a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, modernity, and know-how.
5. Be familiar with the brand's digital strategy and market trends, playing an active role in providing a seamless omnichannel experience.
6. Develop the client file and foster client loyalty to prolong the brand experience after visits.
7. Carry out make-up flashes and fragrance animations with clients.
8. Ensure the proper maintenance of the Boutique according to established rules.
9. Contribute to business growth by generating sales and improving operational efficiency.
10. Participate in morning briefings, provide feedback, and propose ideas.
11. Support operational activities in the back-office.
12. Help develop the business by reaching sales objectives through products, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients.
13. Know procedures to ensure smooth Boutique operations.
14. Establish qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
15. Manage client information collection for excellent clienteling.
16. Share best practices, demonstrate dynamism, and contribute to team knowledge and skills.
17. Collaborate effectively with the team.

Profile:

• Beautician Diploma is mandatory.
