Role will be based in Rinascente Duomo, ideal candidate must have a beautician diploma.

Responsibilities:

1. Embodies the allure as a fragrance & beauty brand ambassador, communicating the House’s beauty aesthetic and sharing deep knowledge of the brand's history and codes.
2. Welcomes clients and guides them through an exceptional boutique experience.
3. Provides personalized, warm service to each client.
4. Nurtures clients' dreams and desires for the brand, combining storytelling with solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and craftsmanship.
5. Familiar with the brand's digital strategy and market trends, actively contributing to a seamless omnichannel experience.
6. Develops and maintains the client database to foster loyalty and prolong the brand experience beyond the visit.
7. Performs make-up flashes and animations with clients.
8. Ensures the boutique is maintained according to established standards.
9. Drives business growth by contributing to sales and operational efficiency.
10. Participates in morning briefings, providing feedback and proposals.
11. Supports back-office operational activities.
12. Helps develop the business by reaching sales targets through products, services, and data collection to recruit and retain clients.
13. Follows procedures for smooth boutique operations.
14. Prepares qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
15. Manages client information for effective clienteling.
16. Shares best practices, demonstrates dynamism, and contributes to team knowledge and skills.
17. Collaborates closely with team members.
