Based in Rinascente Duomo, the ideal candidate must have a beautician diploma.

Responsibilities:

1. Embody the allure as a fragrance & beauty brand ambassador, communicating the House’s beauty aesthetic and sharing deep knowledge of the brand's history and codes.
2. Welcome clients and guide them through an exceptional boutique experience.
3. Offer personalized, warm service to each client.
4. Nurture clients' dreams and desires for the brand, combining storytelling with a solid understanding of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
5. Be familiar with the brand's digital strategy and market trends, actively contributing to a seamless omnichannel experience.
6. Develop and maintain client files to foster loyalty and extend the brand experience beyond the boutique visit.
7. Perform make-up flashes and animations with clients.
8. Ensure the boutique's proper maintenance according to established standards.
9. Contribute to business growth by generating sales and enhancing operational efficiency.
10. Participate in morning briefings, providing feedback and suggestions.
11. Support back-office operational activities.
12. Help develop the business by reaching sales targets, utilizing products, services, and data to recruit and retain clients.
13. Follow procedures for smooth boutique operations.
14. Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
15. Manage client information to enable excellent clienteling.
16. Share best practices with the team, demonstrate dynamism, and contribute to collective knowledge and skills.
17. Collaborate effectively with team members.
