1. Represent the brand as a fragrance & beauty ambassador, communicating the House’s aesthetic and sharing knowledge of its heritage.
2. Greet clients and guide them through an exceptional boutique experience.
3. Provide personalized, warm service to each client.
4. Share brand stories, emphasizing its heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
5. Stay informed about digital strategies and market trends to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
6. Develop and maintain client relationships to foster loyalty and prolong engagement.
7. Perform make-up flashes and conduct make-up/fragrance demonstrations.
8. Maintain boutique standards and cleanliness.
9. Contribute to business growth through sales and operational efficiency.
10. Participate in team briefings, provide feedback, and contribute to operational activities.
11. Achieve sales objectives using product, service, and data strategies to attract and retain clients.
12. Follow procedures for smooth boutique operations.
13. Prepare qualitative reports for management.
14. Manage client data for effective clienteling.
15. Share best practices, demonstrate dynamism, and support team development.
