Sephora Taormina seeks a Beauty Advisor to greet customers, listen to them, and provide expert makeup, skincare, and fragrance guidance. You will tailor consultations to individual profiles and build lasting client relationships.

You will support the Store Manager and team in daily operations, contribute to achieving store objectives, and foster a positive, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and inclusion.

Competenze

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant).
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
• Empathy and dynamism.

• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience by pampering, listening, and advising.
