• Beauty Customer Advisor - Italian speaker.

What does your day-to-day in this role look like

• Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1
• Management of consumer requests relating to information and complaints
• Providing excellent solutions and service
• Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner
• ECOM advice (questions related to returns, deliveries, or refunds)
• Care advice (questions related to products, product alternatives, or specifics)
• Database maintenance (questions related to GDPR, unsubscribing from newsletters, data breaches)
• HRC (registration of reports about health-related conditions)

Requirements

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Experience / Interest in Cosmetics is a plus
• Experience in Customer Service
• High School Diploma
• EU passport / ID or Portuguese resident card
