Job Title: Beauty Consultant - Farmacia Channel

Adecco Outsourcing is seeking a Beauty Consultant for the pharmacy channel for a multinational leader in the beauty sector. The Consultant reports to the Area Manager of Adecco in the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan visits independently in coordination with managers for pharmacies already assigned at the regional level. Responsible for achieving sales targets to end consumers.
2. Sell dermocosmetic products.
3. Organize consultative sales days: recruit clients within the store, perform cosmetic check-ups, and advise on and sell the most suitable dermocosmetic products based on client needs.
4. Provide training to pharmacy managers and staff: training covers customer approach, sales techniques, and product technical features.
5. Ensure the achievement of individual goals and the continuity and quality of the consulting service in pharmacies under your responsibility.

Requirements:

• Flexibility, autonomy, excellent stress management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dynamism and availability for regional travel within the assigned provinces.
• Knowledge of the pharmacy channel.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant/esthetician in a pharmacy setting.
• Good skills in the dermocosmetic sector.
