Job Title: Beauty Consultant - Farmacia Channel

Adecco Outsourcing is seeking a BEAUTY CONSULTANT for a multinational leader in the beauty sector. The Consultant reports to the Area Manager of Adecco in the designated area.

Responsibilities:

1. Autonomously plan pharmacy visits in coordination with managers, focusing on assigned regional pharmacies.
2. Achieve sales targets for end consumers by selling dermocosmetic products.
3. Organize consultative sales days, including recruiting clients within the store, conducting cosmetic check-ups, and advising on suitable dermocosmetic products based on client needs.
4. Provide training to pharmacy managers and teams on customer approach, sales techniques, and product features.
5. Ensure the achievement of individual goals and maintain high-quality consultancy services in assigned pharmacies.

Requirements:

• Flexibility, autonomy, excellent stress management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dynamism and willingness to travel regionally within assigned provinces.
• Knowledge of the pharmacy channel.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant/esthetician in pharmacies.
• Good skills in dermocosmetic sector.
