Job Title: Beauty Consultant - Channel Pharmacy

Adecco Outsourcing is seeking a Beauty Consultant for the Pharmacy channel for a multinational leader in the beauty sector.

Reporting Line: The Consultant reports to the Area Manager of Adecco in the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan independently, in agreement with managers, the visit schedule for pharmacies already assigned at the regional level.
2. Achieve sales targets for end consumers.
3. Sell dermocosmetic products.
4. Organize sales and consulting days: recruit customers within the point of sale, perform cosmetic check-ups, and advise on and sell the most suitable dermocosmetic products based on customer needs.
5. Provide training to cosmetic managers and pharmacy team members on customer approach, sales techniques, and product features. Ensure the achievement of individual goals and maintain the quality and continuity of the consulting service in pharmacies under your responsibility.

Requirements:

• Preferably qualified as an esthetician.
• Flexibility, autonomy, excellent stress management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dynamic with willingness to travel regionally within assigned provinces.
• Knowledge of the pharmacy channel.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant/esthetician in pharmacies.
• Good skills in the dermocosmetic sector.
