Context and purpose of the job:

Within the Emporio Armani Flagship Store in Milan, you will join the team as Beauty Advisor. In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge. As expert in beauty, skincare and fragrance you will provide an excellent Client Experience, building unforgettable moments with all our clients.

Responsibilities:

Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience

Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients

Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs

Provide an impeccable image of the store

Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales

Requirements

Must have skills:

At least two years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion and/or Make-up/Cosmetics industry

Deep knowledge of beauty product: Fragrance, Skincare and Make-up

Passionate about Customer Experience and beauty industry

Fluent knowledge of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Result oriented and with excellent selling skills

Team spirit

Nice to have skills:

Mastery of clienteling activities

Fluency in any other language apart from English is surely appreciated
