YOUR IMPACT

As a Dior team member, you will embody the Brand values and passion, demonstrating a Dior attitude. Your main goal is to achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and delivering the highest standards of service to customers.

YOUR MISSION

Your primary focus will be on achieving sell-out objectives and promoting the brand image.

• Sell Dior products and provide exceptional service, applying and respecting the Dior Art of Selling
• Meet monthly sell-out targets
• Educate customers about Dior products and the Dior brand
• Participate in merchandising according to corporate guidelines
• Display products in line with new launches and planograms
• Monitor stock levels and report issues to your supervisor
• Handle operational and administrative tasks
• Build strong relationships with retailers
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among colleagues
• Be available to travel and support various points of sale

WHO YOU ARE - Requirements

• Retail experience in makeup and/or service industry, preferably in luxury
• Beautician certificate or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of beauty products: fragrance, skincare, and makeup
• Passionate about customer service and the beauty industry
• Result-oriented with excellent selling skills
• Team player
• Flexible to work different shifts
