Your Impact

Your Mission

Your primary focus will be on achieving sell-out objectives and promoting the brand image.

• Sell Dior products and provide high-quality service, respecting the Dior Art of Selling
• Meet monthly sell-out targets
• Educate customers about Dior products and the brand
• Participate in merchandising and display according to corporate guidelines and new launches
• Monitor stock levels and report issues
• Handle operational and administrative tasks
• Build strong relationships with retailers
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among colleagues
• Be available to travel and support various sales points

Who You Are - Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in luxury makeup or service industries
• Beautician certificate or equivalent qualification
• Deep knowledge of beauty products: fragrances, skincare, and makeup
• Passionate about customer service and the beauty industry
• Result-oriented with excellent sales skills
• Team player
• Flexible to work different shifts
