Sephora in Terni, Italy, is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an outstanding in-store experience, advise customers on products, and build lasting client relationships. You will work closely with the Store Team to achieve sales targets while ensuring top service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, empathetic, and dynamic, with a passion for beauty and a commitment to teamwork. This role offers a hands-on environment within a multinational retail setting.

• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions , offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization .
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
