Sephora Italy is seeking a Beauty Advisor to warmly greet customers, understand their beauty needs, and offer personalized consultations. You will help create a memorable shopping journey, advise on products, and drive client-centric solutions while supporting daily store operations.

• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.

• Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 23.371,18

This amount represents the starting annual gross salary currently assigned to the position for a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week and has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. It reflects the salary typically offered to candidates joining this role at the time of publication of this job posting. For part-time positions, the salary will be proportionally adjusted according to the agreed working hours.

Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Sephora in Italy.
