Sephora Milano is seeking a Beauty Advisor to warmly greet customers, provide personalized consultations, and guide them to products that fit their profiles. You will support store operations, contribute to achieving targets, and help foster a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced multinational retail setting.

Ideal candidates bring agility, stress resistance, and good English; prior beauty or retail experience is preferred.

As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of one of the teams of Milano, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 23.371,18

This amount represents the starting annual gross salary currently assigned to the position for a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week and has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. It reflects the salary typically offered to candidates joining this role at the time of publication of this job posting. For part-time positions, the salary will be proportionally adjusted according to the agreed working hours. This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs. On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies. This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Sephora in Italy.
