Sephora USA, Inc is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Rome Appia to greet customers, provide personalized consultations, and build lasting client relationships. You will support store operations, help achieve sales targets, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team environment. English proficiency is valued and prior cosmetics experience is a plus.

The role is full-time, on-site in Rome, with compensation aligned to local market rates and a comprehensive benefits framework.

As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Roma Appia team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization .
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
• Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions , offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 23.371,18

This amount represents the starting annual gross salary currently assigned to the position for a full‑time work schedule of 40 hours per week and has been determined based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria. It reflects the salary typically offered to candidates joining this role at the time of publication of this job posting. For part‑time positions, the salary will be proportionally adjusted according to the agreed working hours.

This figure has been determined based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.
On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies.
This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Sephora in Italy.
