Sephora Rimini is looking for a Beauty Advisor to greet customers, provide expert product advice, and deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will build strong client relationships, tailor consultations to individual profiles, and support store leadership in achieving targets in a dynamic, multinational retail setting.

You should be agile, resilient, and team-oriented with a good command of English and basic IT skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant).
• High school diploma.
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
