Sephora Lentate sul Seveso is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome customers, provide expert product recommendations, and deliver a memorable shopping experience in a dynamic beauty environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, tailor consultations to individual profiles, assist the Store Manager with daily activities, and contribute to achieving store objectives while maintaining stock and teamwork with colleagues.

• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions , offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
