Sephora in Lentate sul Seveso is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional in-store experience. You will greet customers, offer personalized consultations and advise on products, building lasting client relationships.

You will support store operations, manage stockroom and deliveries, contribute to achieving store targets, and collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive team environment at Sephora Lentate.

Competenze

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) is preferred.
• Understanding of key commerce KPIs and store targets.
• Empathy, dynamism and a results-oriented mindset.
• Teamwork aptitude and value for diversity and differences.
