• Actively contribute to store objectives (budgets and targets) and adapt to management-directed action plans.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Foster a positive and productive environment, celebrating team and individual successes.
• Collaborate with colleagues within and beyond the organization to strengthen team spirit.
