We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to lead the Accessories, AirPods, and Beats business across the South region, encompassing Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

This role contributes to defining and executing short- and medium-term sales strategies, enhancing reseller and carrier partnerships, and ensuring the seamless implementation of key programs; that ultimately bring growth to the region.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer-facing sales or business development, particularly in retail and telco environments, with proven expertise in crafting impactful sales strategies and building long-term value for customers and partners. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within multicultural teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This role is pivotal in optimizing the customer experience, managing diverse partnerships, championing Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats in front of partners, and ensuring their availability and success across the region.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Contributing to defining short- and medium-term growth sales strategies for Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats across South Europe, collaborating with Regional and Central teams.
  2. Proposing portfolio assortments to ensure adequate availability by partner/POS in coordination with Central teams, and creating tools that ensure easy implementation and follow-up by all Account Managers.
  3. Building deeper partnerships with key carriers and resellers, advocating for Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats, and enhancing customer experience through strategic online placement and merchandising initiatives.
  4. Driving project management and initiative tracking to foster growth in South Europe by championing best practices and building a repository of successful initiatives.
  5. Managing a diverse pipeline of partners while ensuring seamless execution of global and regional rebate programs.
  6. Coordinating with Reseller Ops and D&A teams to ensure product availability and developing accurate quarterly forecasts for all South Europe countries.
  7. Regularly reporting progress to Regional Leadership and Account Managers, preparing analyses and presentations, and actively seeking opportunities to streamline processes and grow the business.

Qualifications include extensive experience in customer-facing sales or business development roles, with a strong preference for retail and/or telco sales experience. Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese is a plus.
