A luxury hotel company in Ravello, Italy is seeking a dedicated hospitality ambassador to create a welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Italian, possess outstanding communication skills, and have emotional intelligence to enhance guest experiences. He / she creates a warm and welcoming environment for guests and acts as a hotel ambassador from the moment guests arrive at the beach club / boat until they depart.

Her / His warm welcome needs to set the standards for an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Main duties & responsibilities

• Provide information on hotel services
• Assist guests with booking restaurant, bars, wellness centre, babysitting, etc.
• Assist / ensure guests are courteously and efficiently served according to Belmond standards
• Learn guests’ preferences and use them throughout their stay to tailor their experience
• Anticipate guests’ needs
• Ensure that work stations are clean at all times
• Ensure all beach / boat furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned

Work closely with colleagues from other departments to provide assistance.

Requirements

• Experience and skills required

Fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interpret non-verbal cues to enhance understanding
