Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the European mold market (including major markets such as Germany, France, Italy, and the UK) to achieve annual sales targets and market share growth.
- Identify and cultivate high-potential clients (e.g., automotive parts manufacturers, consumer electronics companies, medical device producers) in the European mold industry, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and post-sales follow-up.
- Conduct in-depth market research: monitor European industry trends (e.g., demand for high-precision molds, environmental protection standards for mold materials), analyze competitors’ pricing, product advantages, and market strategies, and provide actionable insights for the company’s product optimization and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team (R&D, engineering) to understand customer needs for mold specifications (e.g., material, precision, production cycle) and provide professional technical support during the sales process, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and company capabilities.
- Manage key customer accounts in Europe: regularly visit clients to maintain communication, address feedback or complaints in a timely manner, and explore opportunities for cross-selling or repeat orders to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Coordinate with the logistics and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of mold products, resolve issues related to transportation or installation, and provide timely after-sales service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports: track sales performance, analyze variances against targets, and propose improvement measures to optimize sales efficiency.
