A leading international law firm in Milan is seeking a Business Development professional to support their Italian strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a law firm environment and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing business development activities, coordinating projects, and monitoring market trends. The firm emphasizes inclusion and values its employees.
The resource will join the Italian Business Development and Marketing team and will support the Firm by developing the Italian business strategy and priorities aimed at retaining and further developing the client portfolio and expanding the market positioning of the Firm towards key stakeholders (clients, prospects, legal market, financial community).
The resource, reporting to the Italy Business Development, Marketing & Communications Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:

University degree.
Desirable: Business Administration background.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a law firm, preferably international.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), HTML.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Native Italian speaker with strong writing skills.
