Job Description

RINA is recruiting for a Battery Life Cycle - Certification Developer to join its team within the Industrial Assets and Personnel Product Management Division. The role involves managing the product lifecycle, supporting strategy development, and fostering innovation in battery testing and certification.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Support: Assist in defining strategies for product portfolio development, aligning with business objectives.
2. Portfolio Management: Oversee the lifecycle of products and services, including catalog definition, pricing, and KPI monitoring.
3. New Service Introduction: Lead processes for launching new services, including feasibility analysis and business case development.
4. Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with operational, commercial, and compliance teams to improve service delivery.
5. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain industry relationships to foster innovation.
6. Competence Development: Support technical and commercial skill development within the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Electronics or Energy Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in product portfolio management and strategy development
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and European directives (CE, Atex)
• Experience in battery testing or electrical laboratories is a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Experience with audits is advantageous
