Job Description:

RINA is recruiting for a Battery Life Cycle - Certification Developer to join its office in Genoa, Italy, within the Industrial Assets and Personnel Product Management Division.

Responsibilities:

• Support in defining strategies for product portfolio development.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of the product portfolio, including service catalog definition, pricing, and KPI monitoring.
• Lead the introduction of new services, from ideation to supply, including feasibility analysis and business case development.
• Build and maintain relationships with operational, commercial, and compliance teams.
• Develop strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
• Identify and support the development of necessary competences within the team.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Electronics or Energy Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in product portfolio management and strategy development.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with European directives on CE and Atex marking is a plus.
• Experience in battery testing and electrical laboratories is preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Experience in conducting second and third-party audits is advantageous.
